What We Do


We have over 40,000sq ft of warehousing space spread across two locations. Our facility in the Netherlands not only represents a faster route to mainland Europe but also means that Hectic is Brexit-resilient. In both locations, we have a highly experienced warehouse & logistics team that operates a proven warehouse management solution. Our infrastructure is capable of delivering both single-unit orders to independent retailers and volume orders with VAS requirements to multi-door volume retailers.

Subsidiary Setup & Management

We can assist with subsidiary setup and management. We can also ensure GDPR compliance is implemented and regularly reviewed.

Sales & Marketing

In addition to online and offline sales & marketing strategy, we have the infrastructure and team to execute the strategy. We have multiple in-house sales teams and showrooms located in the major key markets (UK, France & Germany) in addition to a vast network of independent agents in all EMEA territories.

Brand Management

With over 30 years of experience in establishing and developing brands in the European market, we have a substantial network that transcends industries. In addition to our leadership team, we have a fantastic team of dedicated brand managers who are experts in their field.


We acknowledge the growing importance of own-brand DTC business. So much so that we have partnered with Vvast who have the capability to build, launch, scale and trade own brand DTC platforms at pace with significant economies of scale. This not only includes platform technology but also includes buying, merchandising & performance marketing.

We have recently fully upgraded our ERP and now offer a best-in-class platform that is fully integrated and capable of efficiently managing wholesale, e-commerce & own brand retail business in one ecosystem.

Customer Service & Credit Control

We have a dedicated multilingual customer service team that manages inbound queries, provides sales support and credit control services where required.

Financial Management & Reporting

Our internal finance team processes ensure good management of stock & finances, providing you with accurate reporting.
